Fort Lauderdale to pay $65,000 to ancestors of man addled and dead by badge car

FORT LAUDERDALE - According to Fort Lauderdale car accident attorneys, relatives of a man who was addled and dead on Sistrunk Boulevard by a badge car will be paid $65,000 by burghal taxpayers.
City commissioners met in clandestine Tuesday afternoon and again about voted to achieve the case, after discussion.
Donald Perry, 49, was dead on March 29, 2007.
Police Detective Christopher Young-Tem addled Perry as he collection west to Lincoln Park that evening, responding to a alarm about gunfire. The arena was gory; one of Perry’s legs was burst in the car accident. A wrongful death in Ft Lauderdale case will soon follow.
